Order processing times
Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days for all in stock items. For out of stock items and custom orders, please e-mail us at ann@harpswelldesigns.com to confirm estimated ship time. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping times
We ship from our warehouse located in Maine. Orders will typically arrive within 5-8 business days.
Shipping costs
- Flat rates for each pillow shipping with in the United States
- Economy delivery $10 each pillow, 5-8 business days (includes handling and transit)
- Standard delivery $20 each pillow, 3-4 business days (includes handling and transit)
Local pick up
We currently offer free pick up at our production facility in Harpswell Maine. Contact us directly at ann@harpswelldesigns.com if you would like to pick up directly to arrange date and time.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations
Full returns and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For all returns or exchanges, e-mail confirmation must be made in advance. Please e-mail us at ann@harpswelldesigns.com.
If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact ups directly at 1-617-962-9955 so we can make changes immediately. If your order ships and the changes have not been made, please return the items for a full refund.
We provide real time tracking information on all our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at 1-617-962-9955. we will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds and exchanges. Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to us at ann@harpswelldesigns.com. We will send you a new order with brand new product immediately.
Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out immediately and offer a gift card for future purchased for the inconvenience.
