Hurricane code flag indoor/outdoor throw pillow. Made in Maine, this natural white pillow is constructed with premium quality Sunbrella ® fabric that is fade, stain, and weather resistant. The code flag design is appliquéd with a nautical zig-zag stitch for durability and design aesthetic. Add a touch of nautical style to your deck, patio, or boat with our luxuriously comfortable pillows.

This code flag works dual duty!

Used both as the International Code H and signals Hurricane warnings. A red square shaped flag with a black square on the inside is used to warn of hurricanes. If one flag is used, it indicates a storm warning, while two flags indicate a hurricane warning. A storm warning is an announcement of sustained winds of 55-73 mph (48-63 knots), while a hurricane warning is sustained winds of 74 mph (64 knots) or higher.
